The ILO Strategic Policy Framework 2010-2015:
Implementing the Decent Work Agenda
The ILO's Strategic Police Framework (SPF) places full and productive employment and decent work for all at the centre of economic and social policies. It provides a contemporary vision and strategy revolving around the ILO's Decent Work Agenda for achieving the Organization's four strategic objectives: employment, rights, protection and dialogue. The Strategic Policy Framework (SPF) is based on the understanding that these four strategic objectives are "inseparable, interrelated and mutually supportive". It is a planning framework to help the ILO constituents deliver on the Decent Work Agenda in the context of a globalized world shaken by multiple crises.
