As part of technical support offered to the International Federation of Chemical, Energy, Mine and General Workers' Unions (ICEM) - a global union, implementing an HIV and AIDS project with the unions from the mining (both coal and diamond), chemical and cement sector, the project conducted the Master Trainers Training Programme for the ICEM affiliates in India from 25 - 27 August 2008 in Kolkata. 28 participants from coal, diamond, cement and chemical sectors participated in the training.
