Training: A means to better job prospects, wages and respect at work

Mohammed Liton, Shahnaz Parvin and Mohammed Rezaul Karim speak about their plans to migrate for work and the importance of vocational training.

Mohammed Liton is preparing to move to Malaysia after training for three months to become an electrician. Shahnaz Parvin is set to move to Jordan to work in the garment industry. For both of them, proper training has not only lead to better wages but also respect at the work place.

Though Mohammed Rezaul Karim could not attend training, he believes that it helps the worker to find better jobs quickly.
