An event was held in Bishkek on 5 December 2017 to launch the report, How Immigrants Contribute to Kyrgyzstan’s Economy. The report was produced in the context of the project "Assessing the economic contribution of labour migration in developing countries as countries of destination" (ECLM). A Workshop was held in Bishkek from July 25-29 in in the context of the project "Assessing the economic contribution of labour migration in developing countries as countries of destination" (ECLM). The workshop was organised in collaboration with OcOO DialectICON, a research institution in Kyrgyzstan, and discussed the implementation of a study of the manufacturing and trade sectors.
