Gender Equality in the Philippines

The ILO Country Office for the Philippines has been actively promoting the rights and welfare of women workers through various measures. Recognizing the fact that gender equality is in the heart of decent and productive work, building the capacities of relevant government agencies, trade unions, employers' organizations, civil society, academe, and workers in the informal sector in various degrees and means.
