This is good news!
Any activity focusing on corporate social responsibility or CSR as a way of ensuring sustainable development in the Philippines is not only timely but more so, relevant and necessary.
This webinar will enhance our knowledge about the CSR and its positive impact on the business landscape in the country. Through this, we will have a better understanding of Socially Responsible Labour Practices in relation to Responsible Business Conduct and its contributions to the country's economic progress.
I am thankful for the opportunity to be part of this virtual seminar as this will strengthen our appreciation of the CSR and how this concept can be of great help especially to companies facing labor problems or disputes.
Definitely, the lessons that we will learn from this webinar will serve as a tool in future policy making.
As we all know, policy making requires important and pertinent data. This webinar will provide us the information we need.
As Minority Leader, I am for the institutionalization of CSR in the Philippines. This idea must be adopted by all companies operating in the country for the promotion of a healthy business environment and contribute in achieving the sustainable development goals.
Kudos to the organizers for this worthy endeavor and good luck to all participants.
