Call for Expression of Interest: Consultant to Facilitate Cross-border Capacity-building Sessions on OFW Reintegration between Quezon City Migrant Resource Center and Reintegration Service Providers in Pilot Corridors

The Bridging Recruitment to Reintegration in Migration Governance: Philippines (BRIDGE) Programme is engaging a consultant to facilitate cross-border capacity-building sessions on OFW reintegration between the Quezon City Migrant Resource Center (QC MRC) and reintegration service providers in pilot corridors.

The consultant will be engaged to conduct the following within the prescribed timeline and approved budget.

1. Coordinate the collaboration between QC MRC and Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO, now known as the Migrant Workers Office - MWOs) in the identified pilot corridors to implement reintegration learning sessions with service providers, support groups, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and OFW groups in Countries of Destination (CODs);

2. Develop training presentation materials for reintegration sessions of OFWs and service providers in CODs adapting applicable ILO modules and tools; and

3. Conduct reintegration sessions in collaboration with the POLOs/MWOs.

The interested candidates must submit the following documents: i) letter of intent, ii) qualifications and relevant experience of consultant, iii) technical proposal, and iv) financial proposal.
