Call for proposals: National Consultant on Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) Competency Standards Development for Skills for Prosperity (SfP) Project –Philippines
The ILO will engage a consultant Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) Competency Standards Development for Skills for Prosperity (SfP) Project –Philippines. The consultancy will be for 60 (sixty) workdays on an intermittent basis over the period from April 16, 2021 to to October 16, 2021 with the deadline for submission of all Deliverables not later than October 16, 2021.The legal duration of the contract shall be set from April 16, to November 16, 2021 in order to accommodate for the related internal requirements of the ILO. The interested candidates must submit their proposal on Sunday, 4 April 2021 at 4:00p.m., Manila time.
The Consultancy will involve close coordination and collaboration with the consulting company engaged by the Project to review and reflect both international and national best practices and experience in the area of
