Request for Quotation: Production and scripting of a three-minute film to feature trade union work and services in support of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Hong Kong and review/editing of draft Post-Arrival Orientation Seminars (PAOS) modular videos
The International Labour Organization Country Office for the Philippines (ILO CO-Manila) seeks a qualified provider to produce and script a three-minute short film of the Integrated Programme on Fair Recruitment - Phase II (FAIR) project on the work and services of Progressive Labor Union of Domestic Workers (PLUDW) in Hong Kong in support of Filipino migrant domestic workers and of empowering them with accurate and reliable information, particularly on migrant workers’ rights and access to services in Hong Kong.
The three-minute video on Freedom of Association (FoA) is part of an existing list of eighteen (18) draft videos which will also be reviewed and finalized as part of the online Post-Arrival Orientation Seminars (PAOS) learning system. The proposed dates for the assignment is from 22 July 2019 to 30 September 2019
Interested providers must complete the Request for Quotation (RFQ) form and must be received by the ILO CO-Manila no later than 10 July 2019. Proposals must also include all the documents and materials outlined in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR). Please also refer to the Annexes appended in said TOR.
