As such, the ILO CO-Manila would like to invite interested national or international consultants, institutions and organizations that are interested in carrying out an enterprise survey of Filipino micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) that are linked to global value chains and engaged in the processing, production and supply of coconut goods and products for exports.
