Sri Lanka Labour Inspection Needs Assessment

The purpose of the assessment was to review the functions, organization and procedures of the labour inspection system. It was also intended to provide national authorities with a series of findings and recommendations to assist in modernizing the LI system, improve labour law compliance and strengthen collaboration between labour inspection and its stakeholders in the public and private sector.
