Call for Request for Quotation: Printing services of OSH training materials
The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites qualified and interested companies to submit request for quotation (RFQ) for printing services of OSH training materials. The materials will be for delivery of the training on ILO participatory methodologies for improving occupational safety and health at the workplace.

Nepal, BagmatiVendors must fill out the Bid form while ensuring strict compliance with instructions set out in the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO contracts (see Annex I and III, in Request for Quotation). The bid form should be accompanied by filled out Certification Form signed by authorized legal representative of the company and affixed with company seal (see Annex I, in Request for Quotation). Please also include one copy of company registration certificate, VAT registration, updated tax clearances and authorized dealership certificate (if any). The selected agency is required to accomplish the tasks as described in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
Bid should be addressed to The Director, ILO Country Office for Nepal, Nayabato, Lalitpur, and submitted on or before 17:30 hrs [Time zone: Nepal GMT+5:45], Wednesday, 30 November 2022 to KTM_PROCUREMENT@ILO.ORG for consideration. This request for quotation requires that bid be submitted via E-mail only, any offer received after the deadline specified above will not be considered.
