Request for Quotation: Supply of Motorcycles, Laptops, Printers and Iris recognition devices
The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites interested vendors to submit bid for supply of above items.
The ILO Country Office for Nepal is in the process of selecting vendors for supplying motorcycles, laptops, printers and Iris recognition devices. Suitable and interested vendors are requested to submit a bid for supply of motorcycles, Laptops, Printers and Iris recognition devices as per Request for Quotation separately.
Vendors must fill out the RFQ template for Laptops and Printers and RFQ template for Motocycles while ensuring strict compliance with instructions set out in the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO contracts (see Annex I, II and III, in the RFQ template). The RFQ template should be accompanied by the filled out Certification Form signed by authorized legal representative of the company and affixed with company seal (see Annex I, in RFQ template). Please also include one copy of company registration certificate, VAT registration, updated tax clearances and authorized dealership certificate (if any).
Bid should be addressed to The Director, ILO Country Office for Nepal, Nayabato, Lalitpur, and submitted on or before 17:30 hrs [Time zone: Nepal GMT+5:45], Monday, 27 September 2021 to KTM_PROCUREMENT@ilo.org for consideration. This request for quotation requires that bid be submitted via E-mail only, any offer received after the deadline specified above will not be considered.
