Handling cases of violence against domestic workers and child domestic workers: training modules for police (in Bahasa Indonesia)

This module can be provided to any police officer or anyone who will assist or deal with cases of violence against women, in particular the case of domestic workers. This module is specifically designed for police officers at the forefront, namely the Women and Child Protection Unit (PPA).

One of the strategies for the handling of domestic workers law cases to provide justice for them is to encourage APH, especially the police as the frontline officer in handling cases of violence against women and children, in order to have gender sensitivity and the human rights and human rights perspective (HAP), including an understanding of the context of violence against women (KTP). With such understanding and perspectives, the police are expected to be more responsive in law enforcement and protection of women's rights, especially those who are victims or who are confronted / in conflict with the law.
