We will not be silent: 31 stories of domestic workers behind the domestic walls (in Bahasa Indonesia)

These writings are expected to educate the public and policy makers about working conditions and the rights of domestic workers as workers, so that in turn, can support efforts to realize decent work for domestic workers and the elimination of child domestic workers in Indonesia.

Many of the writings published in this book seek to blow the awareness that domestic workers are WORKERS as other workers who deserve a decent working situation. They told us about the unworthy situation faced everyday, from very little wage issues, social security, holiday allowance (THR), no written contract, and so on.
