Having reviewed the primary and secondary materials, it is apparent that there is little information available on access to justice for PwDs. There is no central government department, policy or legislation that deals comprehensively with PwDs, no foreign donors are active in the ‘justice-persons with disabilities’ sector, and much of the information available is based on personal experience and personal observations of PwDs themselves and individuals active in the justice sector.
