  2. Indonesian and Refugee Youth Entrepreneurship Training: Participants' Meeting with Local Entrepreneurs

    The objective of the meeting to hold further discussions with the participants on the Community Based Enterprise Development (C-BED) training approach; and to inspire, motivate participants and facilitate linkages between the participants and local entrepreneurs for preparation to start the second module on developing business ideas.

  3. Second Focus Group Discussion on the Development of a More Effective Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement Mechanism in Indonesia

    The main objective of the Focus Group Discussion is to gather inputs on the first draft of the policy paper on the development of a more effective dispute settlement mechanism in Indonesia, in order to inform the subsequent draft.

  4. Promoting National Apprenticeship through Social Media Training

    The objective of this training is to strengthen capacity of youth (apprentices and union representatives) on social media so they are able to promote National Apprenticeship Program using their own experiences during the apprenticeship program.

  5. Indonesian Tripartite Preparatory Workshop for the 11th ASEAN Forum on Migrant Labour

    27 September 2018

    National tripartite preparatory workshops for the 11th AFML will be held in several ASEAN Member States (AMS) to take stock on the progress of stakeholders in implementing the previous AFML recommendations and to discuss the themes of the 11th AFML. Organization of these preparatory workshops is supported by the TRIANGLE in ASEAN. TRIANGLE in ASEAN (2015-2025) is a partnership between the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Global Affairs Canada, and the ILO.

  7. Workshop on Role of Trade Unions on Job Creation Issues in Indonesia

    Based on Presidential Instruction No. 9/2016 on the revitalization of vocational education to improve the competitiveness and quality of workforce, five ministers signed a MoU on 29 November 2016. The MoU outlined a commitment to better align industries to competency-based vocational education and training.

  10. National Bipartite Dialogue between the Indonesia Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) and the Trade Union Network in Palm Oil

    The dialogue is aimed to establish and or agree on social dialogue platform at the national level, specifically between the palm oil employers association (GAPKI) with the trade unions in palm oil industry in Indonesia.

  11. Training on Effective Collective Bargaining in Pilot Palm Oil Plantations

    5 - 10 September 2018

    The overall objective of the training workshops is to enhance the institutional capacity of social partners in formulating effective and inclusive collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). They will focus on improving participants’ understanding and knowledge of good-faith bargaining, and enhancing their capacity to negotiate and formulate effective CBAs.

  12. National Workshop on Wage System

    The main objective of the workshop is to promote dialogue amongst the tripartite constituents and relevant stakeholders on development of a national system for determining above-minimum wages, in particular with regard to legal framework, institutions, and mechanisms.

  16. Strategic Compliance Planning Workshop

    To enable all labour inspectorates to apply the strategic compliance model, LABADMIN/OSH Branch of the ILO’s Governance and Tripartism Department, developed the ILO approach to strategic compliance planning for labour inspectorates – a six-step exercise to formulate, sequence and operationalize broader thinking and action, that will help labour inspectorates attain the goal of sustained compliance.

  19. Introduction Workshop of ILO STEM Project to Small and Medium Enterprises in Automotive Sector

  20. Joint Trade Union Platform of Indonesian Workers Organizations for Actions on Decent Work Priorities
