  2. To configure and structure the portal according to existing content gathered from stakeholders.
  3. Gather new feedback from the participants on the latest changes and features applied to the web portal.

Background

The Youth4OSH web portal (http://youth4osh.plone.site) was developed to serve as an online platform for stakeholders in pilot Southeast Asian countries to contribute and share information and resources on the youth and occupational safety and health concerns in their respective countries. In August 2018, after the site reached beta release, an initial training was conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia to familiarize prospective users with the features provided by the platform and also to gather feedback on the initial implementation of the portal. Since then, the portal has been undergoing development to fix issues and implement new features suggested during the initial training. A new user interface is also being designed and applied to improve the visual appeal of the web portal.

The changes to the portal including the new design is expected to be completed before the end of January 2019. A training/ workshop will be conducted to present changes to the portal, reinforce lessons learned from the initial training, to further advance content management and portal operations skills and to start populating real OSH content to the portal.
