Built the capability of Indonesian trade union branches in socializing the benefits of the implementation of SCORE OSH methodology in Small Medium Enterprises and getting stronger commitment from all Indonesian trade unions as one of the SCORE Indonesia implementing partner to support the socialization of SCORE methodology to the SMEs.

For the trade unions SCORE experts:

• Leverage up the SCORE methodology skill.
• Built the self-confidence and getting experiences in providing SCORE workshop to the participants.

For the TU branches representatives, following results are expected to achieve:

• Improved individual awareness in term of increasing enterprise’s competitiveness through OSH implementation.
• Overall improvement in the culture of worker-management collaboration, which is leading to continuous improvement, better productivity, better quality, as well as reduced labour accident, absenteeism and turnover.
• Understand and capable to:
• Identify and assess the risks to health and safety.
• Implement practices and procedures to limit/reduce risks:
• Health and safety policy.
• Health and safety committee.
• Safety standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a healthy and safe workplace.
• Link this module to the overall SCORE objectives, themes and approach.
• Implement mechanisms to strengthen workplace relations such as:
• Employee suggestion scheme.
• Regular manager/worker meetings.
• Grievance procedures.
• Define the fundamental rights and freedoms of workers.
