Indonesia: Employers' organization
APINDO is the only officially recognized employer’s organization in Indonesia to deal with industrial relations and human resource development issues. It has approximately 5,000 members in all parts of Indonesia. APINDO was recognized in 1975 by Decree of the Minister of Manpower, and mandated by KADIN Indonesia (the Indonesian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry). Its vision is to create a better business environment for business community in order to develop harmonious industrial relations.
