    ILO and the Education and Training Center for Technical Law and Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (Technical Training Unit) are collaborating to strengthen the technical capacity of judges of the Industrial Relations Court (IRC) to perform their duties in accordance with the mandate of the Supreme Court and the common vision of realizing social justice and decent work for all.

A competency-based training curriculum for newly appointed career and ad hoc judges will be developed under this partnership. An advanced training programme shall also be developed to provide ongoing education to serving judges in the industrial relations court.

  7. Training Needs Assessment for the Industrial Relations Court

    In collaboration with the ILO, the Supreme Court’s Judicial Training Institute is currently revising its training programme for judges of the industrial relations court. To support the development of this, the ILO is currently performing a training needs assessment. To date, this assessment has involved a desk study of relevant data and materials and interviews with judges and stakeholders of the court.
