Since 2004 the Government of Bulgaria started to develop a systematic policy towards the elimination of child labour with the support of the ILO through its IPEC Programme. This publication reviews the technical cooperation between Bulgaria and the ILO and the changes made in legislation, strategic planning and practical measures against child labour.
