The Plan of Action has been discussed and agreed following an inclusive consultation process and calls for urgent political and financial commitment within the context of relevant national policy and legislative frameworks, in particular the National Framework to Combat Child Labour. It will act as a key advocacy tool in mobilising national and international commitment and support for action to eliminate child labour in tourism in Petra.
