Minors out of mining Partnership aims to eliminate child labour in small-scale mining completely within ten years, starting with countries where the problem is most serious. It is a tripartite effort initiated by the concerned governments with the support and assistance of the industry (both companies and workers) and the ILO through its technical assistance programme, the International Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC).
