The “Video Theatre Reportage” project was coordinated by the Ippocampo Theatre Association with art and science students from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome, and with the support and participation of the Municipality of Rome, the trade unions CGIL, CISL, UIL and the “C. Colombo Technical Institute for Tourism.

The educational project involved 400 students, between the ages of 8 and 50, from 11 schools in Rome. The students used various means (theatre, interviews, research) to find out more about the global dimensions of the problem of child labour and ways to fight against it. The activities will be presented through the screening of a video compiled of the students’ activities and a drama performance involving 15 young people on 8 May 2006.
