Implementation Report 2004: IPEC action against child labour 2002-2003: Progress and future priorities

This report is divided into three parts. Part I is the programme implementation report for IPEC for the biennium 2002-03. It provides an overview of the worldwide child labour problem and reports on the Programme¿s strategy and achievements to address it.
