Executive Summary - Decent Work Country Profile - Zambia

The executive summary of the Decent Work Country Profile in Zambia is a first analysis of the four dimensions of decent work as defined in the DW Agenda: rights at work, employment promotion, social protection and social dialogue. This study analyzes the legislative and statistical information available, compiling existing national data. A priority of the Government is to produce relevant and reliable indicators to measure decent work and ensure better monitoring and evaluation of country-specific policies.
