Voluntary dissolution

679. Where the decision to dissolve a trade union organization was freely taken by a congress convened in a regular manner by all the workers concerned, the Committee was of the opinion that this dissolution, or any consequence resulting from it, would not be regarded as an infringement of trade union rights.
