385. Laws providing for the organization, in registered mixed trade unions, of separate branches for workers of different races, and the holding of separate meetings by the separate branches, are not compatible with the generally accepted principle that workers’ and employers’ organizations shall have the right to draw up their constitutions and rules and to organize their administration and activities.
