Registration in the committees of the 104th International Labour Conference

Meeting document | 04 May 2015
Due to the shortened format of the Conference this year, delegates who intend to participate in committees are strongly encouraged to complete registration forms in advance and return them to the International Labour Office, if possible, by Monday, 11 May 2015. Please note that no committee registration is official until the credentials of delegations have been submitted to the Office of the Legal Adviser of the ILO. The closing date for receipt of credentials is also 11 May 2015.

The forms must be downloaded and returned to:
(MS Word 47 KB)
Official Relations and Meetings Branch (RELOFF)
email:, fax: +41 22 799 8944
(MS Word 34 KB)
Bureau for Employers' Activities (ACT/EMP)

(MS Word 48 KB)
Bureau for Workers' Activities (ACTRAV)

It will still be possible for Employer and Worker delegates to register at the preliminary meetings of their groups, which will be held on Sunday, 31 May. Governments, for whom the first group meeting is scheduled for the morning of the opening sitting of the Conference, must make every effort to download the forms and return them to the address indicated. This will allow the initial committee membership to be finalized in advance and approved by the Conference at its opening sitting. Governments that do not register in advance in Committees will be unable to participate (under the conditions of article 56(6) of the Standing Orders of the Conference) in the work of the first sitting of the Committee on the afternoon of Monday, 1 June.
