The report does not seek to provide a comprehensive and in-depth analysis, but rather to highlight some of the key elements that may be relevant for the discussion on a possible Recommendation as identified in the conclusions concerning the recurrent discussion on social protection (social security) adopted by the ILC at its 100th Session in 2011 (conclusions concerning social security (2011)).
