Capacity building workshop for Youth Advisory Group

The event is expected to provide YAG members with essential knowledge on policy development process and skills for evidence-based advocacy for youth law, youth policies and national programmes.

Expected results:
  • YAG members are well equipped with knowledge on policy development process in Viet Nam, the important of Youth participation in policy development , and skills related to youth policy advocacy,
  • Improved confidence of YAG members to be able to effective communicates with policy makers during consultation and dialogues of youth-related law and policy development.
  • Youth group works to provide inputs on revised Youth Law to present to the youth law drafting team, and representatives of MOHA, Youth Union, National Assembly and National Committee on Youth in the youth dialogue the next day.
