Training for Journalists on Media and Sex Work

A two day training for reporters is expected to reduce the gap in media coverage on entertainment and sex work when little information on root causes of sex work and safety and health for sex workers is discussed and analysed.

This activity aims to:

  • Provide reporters with information related to root causes of sex work and safety and health of sex workers in order to close the gap on media coverage on sex work issue;
  • Improve media quality and reporter reputation through applying ethic practices while working with sex workers.
Around 25 reporters are to participate in a two day training on media and sex work.
