The situation is worsening, especially in developed economies, where the average rate has not returned to pre-crisis levels. The ILO Global Employment Trends for Youth Report 2012 also warns of the dramatic deterioration of the labour situation for young people, who increaingly are employed in part-time and temporary jobs, as they have no other alternatives.
