Abderrahim Amraoui Profile

Abderrahim Amraoui is national coordinator of the project IRAM / Morocco "labor migration" ILO since October 2014. The project aims to strengthen the governance of labor migration and protection of migrant workers' rights in North Africa ( Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt).

In 1998/2000, he worked as a facilitator, trainer and coach in integrated rural development with the village asociations created by Moroccan migrants in their original locations. Since 2001 he has worked as a program manager in economic, social and legislative women rights (Gender Justice), then as a counselor-Trainer in matter of the Organizational Development and consultant-researcher in Human Participatory Development. He specializes in Gender Justice, socioeconomicEmpowerment and Leadership. He also has extensive experience in coaching and Capacity Building of Social and Development Organizations in Morocco: Feminist and women's rights associations , Social and Economic Development Associations, NGOs, International and public institutions.).

He has solid practical experience and knowledge in:
