Thais Fortuna

Thais Fortuna has been reintegrated to the Brazilian ILO Staff in 2015 as a National Project Officer, working in the South-South Cooperation for the Protection of the Rights of Migrant Workers in Latin America and the Caribbean Region. She has worked for ILO Office in Brazil since 2004 in the International Program on the Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC). Between 2010 and 2014 she coordinated the ILO activities on the Joint Program “Food and Nutrition Security of Indigenous Children and Women in Brazil”. She has specialization degree in project management, conflict management in international and community level, strategic management in public administration and bachelor’s degree in natural sciences.
