Florencio Gudiño Profile
Mr. Florencio Gudiño is currently the Chief of the Regional Programming and Technical Cooperation Service of the ILO Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean. He is an expert on strategic planning, results based management and evaluation of international cooperation projects for employment and social cohesion, with more than 15 years of experience in these fields. He was previously the Technical Director of the European Union programme to promote social cohesion in Latin America (EUROsociAL) and member of the Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit of the International Programme for the Elimination of Child Labour of the ILO (IPEC). Mr. Gudiño holds a bachelor degree in Political Science (University of Buenos Aires) and has done postgraduate stories on development issues and international cooperation in the Complutense University of Madrid.
