A survey on the needs for a global knowledge platform on cooperatives and mutual societies in the health sector
The International Health Cooperative Organization (IHCO), in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Swiss Association of Support to Research, Learning and Health Centers (AS-CRES), and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), is assessing the possibility of creating a global knowledge platform, with the aim of promoting and supporting the role of cooperatives and mutual associations in the provision of health services, as a way to help attain Universal Health Coverage, especially in low and middle income countries.
To this end, the ILO invites cooperatives and mutual associations working or willing to work in the health sector to participate in a survey aimed to understand the needs for such a global knowledge platform.
The survey will remain active until the 15th of April 2019.
