Introduction to the ILO Caribbean Resilience Project: Through its Caribbean Resilience Project, the ILO is working with countries to achieve a stronger, more sustainable future that protects against disruptions to productivity and livelihoods.

Business Resilience: The Project encourages an agile preparedness and response process that helps industries and labour markets to better cope with socio-economic shocks.

 
Decent work for resilience: Under the Project, the region is gaining practical guidance for effective planning and recovery mechanisms based on the ILO’s Decent Work Agenda.
 

Shock responsive social protection: The Project is enabling countries to develop comprehensive social protection frameworks that minimize the effects of crises, enable recovery and build back better.
