Employment diagnostics (forthcoming) The comprehensive employment policy agenda spells out a series of policy areas. Furthermore, the need to focus on structural transformation, SDG’s and FoW issues have led to a very broad set of areas to address in a country diagnostic. Based on the EDA, the point is to update de diagnostic as a two-stage process. One in which the focus is to identify and prioritize key areas (core diagnostic or rapid assesment), and then a deep dive into specific sections. This allows to balance breadth va depth, specificity vs timeliness.
GIS mapping of the labour market in bioeconomy in Argentina In this Atlas of the bioeconomy in Argentina, ILO was responsible for the labour market part of this exercise. The focus was on the demand side. Besides information on total employment, it also includes further details such as age groups, gender dimensions, wages, size of enterprise and various sub-sectors within bioeconomy.
