In light of the crisis, the Republic of Namibia and the International Labour Organization signed a new Memorandum of Understanding to implement the Decent Work Country Programme 2010-2014 with the aim of promoting employment, mitigating the impact of HIV/AIDS at the workplace and strenghtening social dialogue.
