"Active employment policy will be adhered to. All of the employment supporting policies adopted in 2009 will be extended for another year. Labourers will be encouraged and helped to start up their own business or seek self-employment. University graduates will be supported to seek jobs at grass root level, in mid and western regions, small and medium sized enterprises as well as start up businesses. Vocational skill training for rural migrant workers will be strengthened to encourage them to find jobs locally or start up businesses in their hometowns. The Chinese government will also reinforce public employment service to improve assistance for hard-to-place people and zero-employment households. with all of the above-mentioned measures, China endeavors to achieve decent work for more people".

"Chinese trade unions will concentrate on the following areas of their work: first, stepping up dialogue within the tripartite framework keeping the green economy vibrant; second, enhancing skills training related to green employment; third, keeping workers involved in energy conservation and emission reduction campaigns; and fourth, providing adequate social protection for workers in the green jobs.”
"Chinese trade unions are of the view that if decent work for all is to be realized, they must keep to the Global Jobs Pact, give top priority to employment when pursuing their national development strategy, and do everything possible to avoid no-employment or low-employment growth.”

"Large enterprises play very important roles in absorbing social employment. CEC, by organizing seminars and a large enterprises summit, summarized best practices to encourage large enterprises to provide more job opportunities to the society. Most large enterprises, though in difficult situations, committed not to lay off workers and guarantee basic income of employees. Many companies even increased job opportunities for university graduates.”
