Decent Work is 'a vital obligation in every country and an ethical imperative for every nation', according to H.E. Michelle Bachelet, President of Chile as she addressed a special sitting of the 96th International Labour Conference. At a separate special sitting of the ILC, the delegates were told by H.E. John Agyekum Kufuor, President of Ghana that the ILO was an invaluable partner in reaching the country's development goals for 2015.
