The report, "Strengthening Migration Governance" examines ways of strengthening migration governance through international cooperation to prevent the negative impacts of the economic and social crisis on migrant workers.

Combined, their numbers with their dependents would equal the fifth most populous country on the planet. And their numbers are likely to increase, according to the ILO.
