SCORE -'Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises'- is a technical cooperation programme of the ILO that supports the sustainable growth of small and medium enterprises in order to foster development in emerging economies. Partnering with local employers' organizations and training institutions, SCORE helps SMEs adopt socially responsible and environmentally sustainable work methods that boost their productivity.

She gained the business and specialist skills she needed during a training programme run by the Timore-Leste Government and the ILO’s Youth Employment Promotion (YEP) programme. In his opening remarks to the High Level Panel on 'Employment and Social Justice in a Globalizing Economy', Egyptian Finance Minister Samir Radwan expressed his hopes for post-revolutionary Egypt. He called for responsive economic policies to promote decent work, sustainable development, social protection, and small and medium-sized entreprises.

Madame Doris Leuthard, attended the launch of an ILO project designed to help Indonesia’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) become more competitive and sustainable by focusing on workplace cooperation and improving labour and working conditions.
