Sri Lankans rebuild livelihoods with new skills

Sri Lanka's 26 year civil war not only killed thousands of people; it devastated the economy, ruining lives and destroying livelihoods. Ever since the war ended in 2009, Sri Lankans have been trying to rebuild not only their lives, but also their means of making a living. A new initiative by the ILO is helping them make that happen.
