The panel discussion was chaired by Frank Hoffer, ILO ACTRAV, with speakers including John Evans, General Secretary TUAC, Raymond Torres, Director, ILO/IILS, Nicolas Pons-Vignon, Editor, University of the Witwatersrand, and Dan Cunniah, Director of ILO/ACTRAV.
