In this session, results from the research project "Gender, Migration, and the Work of Care in Asia-Pacific" under the direction of Prof. Ito Peng, University of Toronto, are presented. Presentations focus on the need for regulation at both the local and transnational levels to address the situation of migrant domestic and care work from a multi-scalar perspective.
