Training of Labour Inspector Trainers.
Following the recent High Level Dialogue on Strengthening Labour Inspection Coordination in Indonesia, LAB/ADMIN facilitated a training of trainers with 25 selected labour inspectors from across the country.
Based on the labour inspection training materials prepared by the ITC-ILO, the participants conducted a needs assessment of the priority training needs for labour inspectors in the country, designed a set of training activities based on these priorities and practised some of the skills needed to lead training workshops.
