A project coordinator from the International Federation of Chemical, Energy, Mine and General Workers' Unions (ICEM), Aranya Pakapath participated in a workshop to promote the ratification of the ILO Private Employment Agencies Convention, no. 181. In an interview with ILO TV, she describes the situation some Asian workers face when hired by private employment agencies.
